Janet Kaye Sims Memorial Scholarship
A memorial scholarship will be set up at the University of Kansas in Janet's memory. Janet was an alumnus of the University of Kansas and an enthusiastic supporter of Jayhawk sports. It is only fitting that her memory be preserved at her alma mater to promote education, to which she has dedicated her life. Janet Kaye Sims Fund To Benefit KUMC's Landon Center On Aging/MDA Clinic
The University of Kansas Medical Center's Landon Center on Aging/MDA Clinic was instrumental in providing Janet with the best quality of care after her diagnoses. In gratitude, Janet's family is establishing a fund on behalf of Janet Kaye Sims to benefit the KUMC's Landon Center on Aging/MDA Clinic. It is the family's hope that this fund will be a source of hope and aid for patients afflicted with ALS to receive treatments and equipment that will improve their quality of life.
